Direct Store Delivery
Complete Distribution Services has been committed to Full-service DSD since its inception in 1985.
Features and Benefits to the retailer are:
Our Territory Manager comes on site on a scheduled basis to place all replenishment orders on behalf of the retailer.
New product opportunities are available on a weekly basis and our Territory Managers are able to assist the retailer with category decisions based on local market trends.
All best before dates are monitored during each visit.
We guarantee the sale of our product (subject to certain conditions). Any outdated or defective items are credited back to the retailer by our Territory Manager.
Displays, Racking and Cold Equipment are available at no cost to the retailer. (Subject to certain conditions).
Our Driver/Merchandisers assist the retailer with receiving each order. (Checking off).
Drivers & Merchandisers will display all products coming into the store. This saves the retailer time & energy to focus on their business.
We guarantee profit margins of 35-40%.
Our minimum order requirement is a very reasonable $300 per delivery.

Third Party Logistics
Complete Distribution Services has engaged in the 3PL business starting in 2014. We work with strategic partners as a distribution solution to ensure their product can reach all destinations within our territory on a regular, scheduled basis. Our rural distribution network across the prairie provinces is unrivaled!
Manufacturers and Master Distributors are offered a menu of services from Complete Distribution Services.
If Full Service DSD is not a fit for your brand, we are able to deliver product to retails on a Cross Docked/Drop Ship basis.
We service most locales within our territory on a weekly basis, with all others serviced every second week.
Complete Distribution Services are always interested in incremental volume to help with our rural distribution network. If 3PL is a service we could provide to your company, please contact us.

Cash & Carry
If a scheduled delivery is not ideal for your business, we welcome customers to pick up at our Saskatchewan branches. These services are offered at our Prince Albert and Regina distribution centres.
