Complete Distribution Services Milestones
Lori Schultz establishes the company by trading her Hyundai Pony for a Refrigerated Cube-Van and a load of Hygaard Sandwiches. The company operates from the family home in Prince Albert.
The company expands its distribution into Northern and Western Manitoba.
The company moves into its first owned building with office space and refrigerated storage.
The company expands by opening a Branch warehouse in Regina SK
Three independent & like-minded distributors come together and form PRIDCORP, a buying group & co-operative distributor network servicing Western Canada.
PAFF acquires Prairie Lily Products of Saskatoon and expands its offering with Quality Fast Foods & Candy/Confectionery
PAFF acquires The Snack Company of Saskatoon and becomes increasingly focused on Confectionery & Beverages
PAFF acquires the remaining DSD routes operated by Direct Plus Food Group within Saskatchewan. This is the beginning of a bright future working hand in hand with Premium Brands Holding Co.
PAFF Acquires Hi Country Canada of Regina SK and becomes the last independent DSD distributor remaining in Saskatchewan.
PAFF begins servicing locations in North Eastern Alberta.
PAFF moves into its current facility in Prince Albert. Frozen Novelties & Ice Cream were added to the assortment at this time.
PAFF becomes the preferred sub-distributor of Red Bull for the majority of its trading area.
PAFF acquires several additional routes in North Eastern Alberta & cements its position as a player across the three Prairie provinces
PAFF acquires the remaining DSD routes operated by Direct Plus Food Group in Calgary & Winnipeg & enters into a working partnership with Transcold Distribution. Bob Schultz retires from the business. The PRIDCORP Group evolves into the United Distribution Network.
PAFF becomes a member of ITWAL, the largest buying group for independent distributors in Canada.
PAFF acquires the Non-Frozen DSD operations of ICD Distribution & Noble House Foods of Edmonton AB. New partnerships are formed with Wallace & Carey and George Wakefield Foods and our third party logistics business starts to take shape.
A partnership is formed with Harlan Fairbanks. Nicotine Vapor products join our assortment of products.
The Regina Distribution Centre closes for full-pick operations and all warehousing is consolidated into the main Prince Albert location.
PAFF rebrands as Complete Distribution Services Ltd. Lori Schultz retires from full time duties.
